Sales Manager B2B, 80-100%

For the support of sales activities, we are looking for a proactive and independent personality as Sales Manager. The sales activities of this position are targeting OEMs and machine builders, predominantly located in Europe. This position requires a pensum of 80 to 100% with travel time according to the requirements from the market. The execution of this role will be defined bilateral and will consider our requirements as well as your capabilities and environment.

  • Lead generation und new customer acquisition
  • Analysis of customer requirements with appropriate advice and presentation of the corresponding solution and required development
  • Calculation and quotation preparation, negotiation up to the conclusion of the contract
  • Presentations, quotations and negotiations at management level
  • Building a network of customers and leads
  • Presentations and participation at conventions, congresses and trade shows
  • Market and competition monitoring for joint internal evaluation and business development
  • BSc/MSc degree or similar in IT, Automation, Electrotechnics
  • 3-5 years work experience in the field of automation, IT, for the process industry
  • You have already gained professional experience in sales, preferably in the B2B environment
  • Your business network is within heavy industry, minerals and mining, steel, power and raw material processing industry
  • You are a strong and results driven salesperson with a proven track record of closed deals
  • You are characterized by very good communication skills
  • Business fluent English (B1/B2) and fluent in another European language
  • Active hands-on mentality and the ability to take responsibility for your daily work
  • You are based in Europe and ready to travel within Europe
  • Flexible and self-determined working time, home office, self-employed

  • Young enthusiastic team with holistic approach to draft a new world in the heavy industries
  • After some extensive weeks of onboarding in our office, you will start drafting your target list and contacting potential leads, being supported in the first weeks by our Managing Director.
